As a transformational coach, I can help you unpick the assumptions, beliefs and narratives that might be getting in your way and preventing you from moving forward, as well as identify practical barriers to progress and how to overcome them.
I currently offer 2 main packages:
Career MOT
This career coaching programme is suited to women who either feel that their job no longer fits, or who are concerned about potential future redundancies.
It consists of 12 coaching sessions over 6 months, in 3 distinct phases:
- Explore: Reconnecting with who you are, your strengths, values and skills
- Dream: Getting creative and identifying different possible future careers
- Discover: Getting practical, making a decision and building the bridge from where you are now to where you want to go.
Prices for individuals start from £1,500.
Leadership Pathfinder Programme
This is suited to new leaders, as well as experienced leaders who want to intentionally further develop their leadership skills.
This comprehensive 6 month programme consists of:
- an initial goal-setting call
- a 360 degree Leadership Circle Profile Assessment, report and Interpretation Manual
- 2 debrief sessions and the creation of a tailored Leadership Development Plan
- 4 x 1 hour follow on leadership development coaching sessions.
- An optional Pulse survey run 3 times over the course of 6 months, for leaders wanting regular feedback and accountability from a small group of trusted colleagues
Prices start from £1,500.
