During the call, we’ll explore your current situation and your coaching goals, I’ll explain more about myself and we can see if it feels like a good match.

As a transformational coach, I can help you unpick the assumptions, beliefs and narratives that might be getting in your way and preventing you from moving forward, as well as identify practical barriers to progress and how to overcome them.

I typically offer 6-12 month coaching programmes, and each programme is co-created with you, based on your individual goals and needs. To provide an idea of costs, a 6 month coaching programme involving fortnightly coaching sessions and email support inbetween would be an investment of between £1,500 (for a private individual) and £3,000 (for a commercial client).

I also offer the option of a single 90 minute clarity call if there’s something that you’d like to get clear on but don’t feel that you need a full coaching programme.

In addition to my coaching work, I also work as an Organisational Development Consultant, team coach and trainer with an international development charity on a compressed hours basis. This means I only take on a limited number of coaching clients each year through my private practice on Fridays, so I can dedicate quality time and attention to each client.
